Prompt response to initial call, access to look over the lots, and contract sign up. First impressions are great! I haven’t yet used the space, but the area looks well maintained with secure gate access, security cameras and perimeter fencing.

Keaton was very professional and personable! The asphalt adjacent to the electronic keypad could use some repair. Big dips there. Could cause a big RV to rock into the keypad post if they get any worse.

They have a great facility and Chris, the manager, is very personable and helpful.

I called before my move to town and Chris was so helpful in getting us set up with a spot for our RV. Dealing with him in person was a pleasure. Chris is consistent in his attitude and very pleasant to work with! Highly recommend their locations for household, rv and boat storage!

Was in the process of purchasing a travel trailer I was allowed to go check out some available spaces. I proceeded to pick one out and paid my first month's rent. The next day I found out that my purchase was going to fall through and I don't have any other choice so I needed to cancel my spot that I had picked out. They were completely accommodating and I will definitely be contacting them in the future for my future purchase.
